I'm stuck once again... :p It's my first attempt to make any kind of interface like this. I only know a few things about Traktor mappings. So thanx again for any help so far :)) So this is my problem :
I try to map jog wheels and some other parameters that are used by ENCODERS .I think that the most suitable thing for that is a KNOB with ENDLESS at it's behavior ,right? Am I doing something wrong here? Is there any ENCODER element in the library that I'm missing?

Encoders basically means knobs.

You, indeed would need to map endless knobs to the jog wheels but not necessarily so for other parameters such as FX dry/wet or EQ. Im not sure however if Traktor lets you map plain ordinary midi encoders to its jog wheels or you need ones with 14bit resolution.

I'm having trouble mapping the encoders in Traktor. No parameter seems to work. Sometimes it works in light speed (I'moving the platter and the song goes super fast) and sometimes it goes normal ,but it reads only one direction. Anyone knows what type of encoder to use in Traktor? I have began mapping and I'm stuck there!!! When I'm finished I'll upload the project here for everyone to enjoy :)

Something tells me you have used endless relative knobs in your Lemur template.

First of all let's seperate the problems.

For parameters (EQ knobs, FX knobs etc etc) use plain ol Knob objects from the Lemur default objects - NOT endless, NOT relative. Set the settings in Traktor accordingly.

For the platters my guess is you 'll have to dig deeper into the specs of traktor and study what exactly midi messages it can accept-work with.

I use encoders for Browser (track select), for changing BPM Value (relative) and I would like to use it as Jog Dial also. Don't know any technical details ,but I know that any encoder in the controller market (and there are many types ,according each company) can be mapped as jog. Don't know if this helps. Here is a pic that shows the parameters that I can change for an encoder to act as I want.

Rotary-encoders* are endless-knobs in Lemur, dj_eddie - you're on the right track for what you intend to map AFAICS.

Probably just a matter of matching up the values and how they speak to one another.

I haven't messed around with any of the "endless" modules myself, so that's about as much help as I can be.

* A knob would be a potentiometer.

According to the screenshot you need RELATIVE endless knobs. Having an endless knob doesnt necesarilly mean its relative. Look into the user library for a relative endless knob - I think there is one already there.

Thanks Joe. I've posted in Traktor Forums too to ask what Traktor needs to read. Hope I'll get an answer soon.
Another thing I've run into.. Traktor can trigger leds with CCs (CH1 CC00) or NOTEs (CH1 C-1). I want to use the notes cause I'm having conflicts with the pads using the same CC (like the Hotcue pad with it's led state). If I put the led and the pad in the same CC then when the led changes state to ON then pad does it also. How can I map a led to listen to a Note?

In the midi mappings - just as you would map any other Lemur object.
