Re: Newbie question: how to convert this time based script
Well I sort of figured this out. The problem is that I find Midi_clocks to be very inconsistent. I don't know if the problem is with Lemur, the FH-1, or with the MIDI Daemon/iPad, etc. Lemur is very inonsistent about which port is displayed from which part of the vector of midi_clocks. Sometimes ...

Newbie question: how to convert this time based script
Hi folks, I am creating a quad LFO with a multiball. It is working great using the time variable and the example from the manual. For each multiball I am using something like this: MultiBall.x[0] = sin(time * 1) *0.5 + 0.5; i have that script being executed "on frame". I would like to replace the ...

Thanks so much! I had forgotten to put the "x" under the "on expression" part. Cheers!

Newbie question: Can one object.x control another.x?
Are you able to do something like:
Fader1.x controlling Fader2.x?
I am wanting to be able to slave some objects to other objects, but I'm not seeing how to do that. I tried a script to say Fader1.x = Fader2.x but that didn't seem to work. Thanks!

Re: Best way to create an ADSR control
Hi friends, I am new here and I'm digging up this old post because this is the only one I found with ADSR envelopes. I am wanting to link an ADSR to a pad object and then have the pad trigger the envelope to output to a fader (for now-eventually I want to send it out to an external synth). Any ...

How to set color of pad based on velocity?
Hi folks, I am brand new to Lemur. I'm going through the manual, but I seem to be missing the part where you can assign the state of a color of a pad based on velocity. I am using VDMX and the media bin that triggers video clips sends the state of the clips with velocity. I am using "pads" in lemur ...

Difficulty connecting iPad to macbook
Hi folks, I am trying to connect my ipad to my macbook to send and receive OSC. I'm using OS 10.10.5 (Yosemite). I created an ad hoc network and my ipad sees it in "devices" not under the "choose a network" section like I see in the videos. When I connect to the device, I get a warning saying the ...

Hello
Hi folks,
I'm a new user and just saying hello here. Having issues getting an ipad hooked up and sending OSC into VDMX. I'll find the appropriate place to post. Cheers.
