After updating to Catalina the jazzdeamon and jazzeditor have been rendered useless any suggestions?

Yes I'm talking about the original hardware..the lemur editor and daemon have both been rendered useless since updating yo Catalina

No reply yet?..I cant be the only one with this problem??

Can no longer use jazzdaemon/jazzeditor after update... any suggestions?

I just got the lemur everything is working the lemur seems to see the laptop but laptop does not see the lemur..i cannot connect to the jazzupgrade or the jazzeditor any help?
