Is it helpful to use Bidule which
Runs as OSC client and server
http://www.plogue.com/products/bidule/
or other modular VST that supports OSC?
I am not saying that Bidule is up to the task
but if it is may help DAW's lacking the OSC
support.

Re: Is there a windows user interface for Lemur
Happy New Year! It would be great to run Lemur modules on my Windows 10 machine. I have a 23" multi-touch monitor. So I am ready, willing and able! It would be fantastic to run Lemur modules as a VSTi's in Cubase, Sonar or FL studio or other DAW’s on a large mutli-touch screen. The extra real-estate ...

Re: Velocity sensing Keyboard
Mentioned by Phil999 and others. Since there are not monitors that can detect velocity, here velocity sensing or detection means that when you tap on a key the velocity varies by where on the key you tap. iPad app with Velocity sensing "TC Data" http://www.bitshapesoftware.com/instruments/tc-data ...

Re: Microsoft Surface Just Getting Better...
Sorry about the Patcher and that is what is it called but a very similar VST/VSTi by IL the MiniHost is free but it is in Beta. Sorry if I misunderstood your comments. So you have been at the touch screen screen forefront since ancient times. Wow! Can I interest you to design the first VSTi ...

Re: Microsoft Surface Just Getting Better...
again interesting stuff from you, thanks. I didn't know DTouch, that looks interesting. Needs iLok, so it's probably not for me, but good to see this development. FL Studio 12 looks good as well. Would be nice to have this Patcher as VSTi. Ctrlr is what it is as far as I know. You have to create ...

Re: Microsoft Surface Just Getting Better...
http://ctrlr.org/ looks more promising to me, although I didn't manage yet to create a control surface. Tried several times but always stuck somewhere, mainly in the layout. I somehow have become a bit lazy with this stuff, that's why I'm (again) interested in big multitouchscreens and direct ...

Re: Microsoft Surface Just Getting Better...
I'm not sure, but I think multitouch has been introduced in Studio One 3. Maybe earlier, I just remember some ads and reviews which mentioned MT in version 3. XotoPad may be something, but so far I'm not very impressed. http://ctrlr.org/ looks more promising to me, although I didn't manage yet to ...

Re: Microsoft Surface Just Getting Better...
Just checked out Studio One 2 and the three S1 plugins that I tried are not multi-touch.
Perhaps S1 MT needs to be turned on?
In fact the single touch is terrible on the two VSTi's that I tried, Iris and FM8.

Re: Microsoft Surface Just Getting Better...
I am also considering XotoPad, works on Windows.
but not a VSTi. It is a stand alone.
http://www.feelyoursound.com/xotopad/
In one keyboard setup he mentions velocity
but not on the others.
Now $39. $20 on black Friday?
if it was a VSti I would have purchased it already.
