Re: Completed my first template
I looked at using a Breakpoint Object for the ADSR envelopes. But it didn't work very well off the bat. The Multislider did so I went with that. Luckily the CC#s for the 2 envelopes were in order! So it was easy to assign a 4 bar Multislider to each. I'm not sure how this would have worked if the CC ...

Re: Completed my first template
Im not using reason but this looks very nice, congrats!!! Cheers ;) Yeah Lemur sorta does this thing. ;) You look at your synths - effects with another perspective when you know that you can have everything at hand to control!!! Absolutely. I was doing something in Reason to try out a new device I ...

Completed my first template
Ive uploaded my first Lemur template to the Liine User Libary. Many thanks for the help I got on these forums. Couldn't have got this done without some help from you guys. Much appreciated ;) The template is for the VK-1 Viking synth Rack Extension for Reason 6.5. Great synth but programming it with ...

Re: in-app editor
After just completing my first template I'd agree with that 100% I actually did most of the work in App, but the busier the template became the more fiddly it was to edit. And some MIDI mapping options ('Scale' for one) seem to be missing from the in App editor altogether! As you say it's a great ...

Re: Setting fader range
Ok i now see what the problem is - lack of "range" setting in the in-app editor.....truth is, I dont use it at all - i prefer the computer editor and i think most of the users pretty much know that the in-app editor is, for the time being, a stripped-down version of the editor... It's actually the ...

Re: From Lemur App to computer
Connect your ipad to the same wifi as your computer. Open the Lemur Editor, open connections, select the ipad on the list, press download and the template will be downloaded to the computer, save the template. 'Connection failed - Unable to connect' You seem to have left out the bit about setting ...

Re: From Lemur App to computer
I diddo that question. Would love to know the answer. All I can seem to do in the app is Save As a different name in the app. I can't see any way to export the file. I'm wondering if it's possible via iTunes? I think that's one way you can transfer templates from computer to iPad. Wonder if it ...

Re: Setting fader range
.... Okay, I've managed to botch an ad hoc connection between a laptop and my iPad and managed to get the Lemur editor on the laptop connected to the Lemur App. Didn't work how I expected it to (I said it was botched!) but it worked. So, on here I was able to create a fader, assigning to the MIDI CC ...

Re: Setting fader range
Just wondering, but if you have 4 settings, wouldn't a Switches work better with 4 switches and the radio function engaged? This sends a value of 0, 1, 2, 3 depending on which switch is selected. Just a thought. Nice idea ;) I tried this but it didn't work either. I gave the switch 4 rows & enabled ...

Re: Setting fader range
..... Just tested this in the Lemur Editor. You still need to add the range script in the 'value' area in order to get the fader to display (in this case for what I'm doing) 0-3. So clearly the 'scale' thing in the editor is separate from what is defined by the range command. So the range thing ...
