Re: converting XY coordinates to AD
thanks for your quick reply :D i'm gonna precise my problem : in a xy pad , you define usually the position of one point by two values on the two axes. that's what we can do with the multiball object, no ? we can send two CCs or more (three in fact) in order to spatialize a sound in a quadrophonic ...

converting XY coordinates to AD
Hi everybody, I'm trying to pilot the wonderful max4live plugin multichannel send nodes with Lemur. (I use already the multiball object as an X,Y pad to do quadrophonic spatialization in Live, rather easy ;) But this m4l plugin must receive Angle and Distance coordinates. So how could I convert my x ...

Re: Daemon wifi issues
i'm glad to have someone to talk to , using more than one ipad with lemur. very useful and rare. of course, you must use a different daemon port for each ipad, I never did another way. when testing the set up (8 ipads wireless midi) in my studio, no problem, no loss of connection. when i went in a ...

Re: Daemon wifi issues
are you talking about wireless midi ? or cabled midi ? my experience is that you'll have loss of connections if you go wireless , sometimes and also in some places, it's very erratic... And I think I know you'll have the same problems with Lemur, Midi touch or any midi app on ipad... i experienced ...

Re: connection drop?
hi everybody, our problems with the midi connection seems to happen when connecting the midi interface : the connecting sequence seems to be crucial. and perhaps a little erratic , too... I have sometimes the same problem, when connecting my 8 ipads with 8 midi mobilizer II : one or two fail to ...

Re: connection drop?
Hi, I'm using line6 mobilizer II, as midi interface for ipad, with Lemur. Sometimes i get the same message from Lemur on the ipad, when connecting. then if I turn the lemur off, then the ipad and turn on again, everything is cleared. strange, I think that the bug is with Lemur, not with our your ...

Re: Daemon wifi issues
My only need is a reliable midi connection. That is to say : no loss of connection. A little bit of latency is not a problem for my use. and I don't need any power for the ipads : each monday I practice currently 8 hours of connection ( a whole day workshop ! ) without power problems. I just ordered ...
