change midichannel Stepnote

Hello, absolute beginner here, trying to make a multichannel sequencer.

I got stuck right away as i didn't find how to change the midi channel on the stepnote.
Or rather, when i change the midi channel value it just keep receiving it in ableton on channel 1 no mather what i change.

Anybody?

Thanks guys seems to be harder then i was expecting :D
Anyway, once i know which sysex code to use for a specific function, how do you actually send it to the synth from lemur?

Hello all, I recently bought a jv1010 synth module which has basicly no controls to edit and make sounds. So i am going to try to make template for it. Problem is i have no idea where to start. Does anyone thinks this might be possible? I'm actually a very unexperienced Lemur user. I just thought it would be handy, but it might also be something that just isn't possible at all...

So i made and downloaded some templates. Some to use with a specific plug-in, others to control ableton's native effects, ect. Now i already made an ableton default project that have some of lemur templates pre-mapped, and when i don't need them i just delete them. But in some cases this obviously ...
