Help converting .SVG to canvas JZLIB
Hi All Im currently working on a surround sound project and have built a Lemur control surface for the spatialisation part the system. For the XY panners, I have designed a simple .SVG graphic overlay to sit on top of a multiball object to visually aid with positioning of the panner. The image size ...

Hi Helios23
I have been struggling with a problem almost identical to yours. would you mind sharing your panner as a module?

Re: convert XY data to azimuth and radius
to make the ring area behave like a static panner i have used the following in the objects behaviour box: friction=z speed=z I think using midi will be fine especially as its for panning, the low resolution steps shouldn't be audible. Maybe OSC would be better in the long run but I want to keep ...

convert XY data to azimuth and radius
Hi, I am working on a surround project I want to use lemur to control a panning device in ableton live. see image below. http://i1179.photobucket.com/albums/x400/Dan_Monahan/M4L%20panner.png From what I can see I need to somehow convert the XY data sent from a lemur device to control the azimuth and ...

Re: VEKTER Module
This Module is utterly brilliant, I love it! Is it possible to add a midi sync option to the rate control? so the time between points would have an option to sync to 4,2,1,1/2,1/4,1/8,1/16,1/32 of a beat.

Re: ring area object in AB vekter module help
Cheers Softcore, that did the trick, very happy. I ended up using friction=z as well to make the ring area behave more like a traditional panner without the physics. I have another question but it will have to wait as Ive been playing for hours and I can barely keep my eyes open.
Thanks again
