I can randomize a bi-polar knob via the following switch script
Knob.x=rand();
How can I limit the range of randomization + or - a certain amount from 64?

Not entirely sure about how/what Live's control scheme sends out on selection, but ideally you could just use an on MIDI script to select the relevant page.

Just set-up a script that activates via your array of switches, then inside the script set your labels to be applied to your pads depending on which switch in the array is pressed.
