Control multiple faders with one fader?

Hi guys, I'm a lemur noob trying to control a VJ app called modul8 and some DMX lighting (through modul8). I have 2 questions:
How can i have multiple faders x value controlled by one fader's x value?
+How can i have 1 button trigger multiple buttons? Thanks in advance, vj skulpt
