FADER jumping to absolute value

Hi, I created a crossfader which, when mapped on Modul8, gives me two midi mapping values. In other words, it does not fade, but rather jump directly to an absolute value (A or B). Actually the fader on Modul8 does not respond until I have dragged my finger all the way to the left or the right.

How do I solve this?
