Need help with on cursor down/move in Canvas

Hi collective brain!
I'm having an issue in Lemur that I can't seem to figure out. I have a set of pads that send out Program changes with on cursor down and on cursor move, but when I move outside the range of the canvas rectangle the on cursor down remains active. I want it to trigger an on cursor up if x<0,y<0,x>w,y>h, but for the life of me I can't seem to figure out how to do it.
Please help!
