Gradient object

Hi all,

is there a way to check var or vector type/s?
For eg. i want to declare vector which holds path, line width, line cap, style (gradient or color).
How to check if it hold's gradient object type?
I can see that gradient object doesn't expose any properties, for eg. num of color stops, colors on each color stop etc. or is there a way to access those?
