Learning how to "script"...help!

I'm using Pro Tools and in order to quantize a track, the key command for that is Option + 0, and then you have to click OK (Enter).
How do I script that in Lemur? I tried using the ASCII table (0x12,48,13), but I think I'm not doing this right.
Any help would be appreciated.
