XYPad in Cubase

Hey guys, please excuse me if this has been posted before but I am trying to get he XYPad (by James Dean) to work in Cubase and I am having some difficulty. I think I am missing something in the Device Setup? Any help would be appreciated !

Can you share the XYpad you are trying to use? Hard to say without it.
