Full Recall of MIDI Targets After PC Reboot

Hello. I'm a new Lemur user and I'm looking for a solution to this issue I'm having with the Lemur Daemon. It will only partially (and often not at all) recall the MIDI targets I assign to it, before a reboot.
I'm unable to assign targets directly from my Android device, and I'm guessing this has do with my device not being officially supported by Lemur. I've also tried reinstalling Lemur on my pc, but no success.
Did some searching before posting, and it seems like those who've had similar problems never found a fix for it.
If I can find a solution, then that'd be great. Any suggestions to remedy this are welcome.
I'm using a Samsung Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 (Android version 4.4.2), and Win 7 64.

Well, so far, this issue is fixed after removing a certain Lemur project. I'm not positive this project was the culprit, but I'm inclined to leave well enough alone for the time being.
