Ipad radial stepseq. and random

Hello, im trying to make some sort of "evil" midi sequencer. Im quite new to lemur, figured a bunch of stuff on my own, but the canvas objects i dont reaaly understand. So my first step in making my stepseq, i would just like to add 5 buttonts to the "Ipad radial stepseq" template. Each button should be a random button, for step, velocity,note,octave,lenght.

Any help would be apreciated.
