RoboKnob is a canvas scripted Knob that can record movement and then play it back.
Simply double tap and hold then move the knob to record movement. Release the knob to start playback.
To clear recorded movement, double tap again.

Can that work with faders? And how long can it record? It would be cool if it can sync record and playback to midi clock
