Linking buttons to one pitch wheel?

Hey! Happy new year! let's start the new year with a small problem 
how do I link a set of buttons to one multi-slider? so when the button is selected it sends the MIDI cc message for that button to the multislider (bi-polar) which I am using as a pitch wheel? or is there a better way to do this?
