Lemur daemon does not work

After installing 4.1.1 version of Lemur I have problem with Lemur Daemon on PC. After I select "Local Port to connect" on first page then on next page "Select destination port" I do not see any devices.
What might be the reason for this problem?
EDIT: Its not new version related... after installing 4.0.1 I still have this issue... So it must be related to my PC.

problem solved. Need to set static IP on ipad...
