Stuck notes with scripting

Can someone take a look at the attached example and explain why I'm getting a few stuck notes whenever i repeatedly tap all the pads?
The top pad object uses normal object note-on mappings and is solid, no stuck notes.
The bottom pad object is scripted to send different note on + off messages within a condition, but I am experiencing stuck notes.
