Hide the interface page tabs?

I'm trying to figure out how to hide the interface page tabs but can only find info about hiding container tabs... Is it possible to hide the main page tabs?

Im quite sure I've seen this setting somewhere but i cant remember when - although even when hidden you dont "gain" actual screen estate I think.

Ah, if that's the case it doesn't really matters. But still, if anyone know I would appreciate it.
