controlling pads cc output with fader

Hello:)
I`m working on controlling a Yamaha tx81z, an old, one rackunit fm synth, with lemur on an iphone 4.
And I would very much like to have ONE pad or custom button send different cc`s depending on the position of a fader.
I would think some basic scripting would take care of this but I`m stuck:) So any help at all on this would be hugely appreciated!!

In the attached example, the fader sets the desired CC controller - the selected CC is displayed on the monitor object.
The Pads and Custom Button object send on - off values on the selected CC by the fader. To configure the desired daemon target and midi channel look inside the Pads and CustomButton objects' custom midi message named "ccout"
