Low kill restarts track

Hi everyone, really hope someone can help. Have just installed lemur on my mbp and ipad and all is working well except when using traktor 26 ultimate the low kill switch cuts the bass but also re-starts the track....i have tried the other kill switches (mid/hi) and this does not happen....Can anybody help ?
