Floating menu list?

Hi all,
Does anyone know of a way to make a menu list floating - on top of another menu item?
Any thoughts or suggestions much appreciated.

right click on any object -> bring to front brings it in front of other objects. Notice however that there is no way to "bring front" an object residing in a container which is "back" from other objects. In that case, the whole container (and all its included objects) need to be "brought front".
The hierarchy of objects layers (so to speak) is defined by order of creation - meaning that any object you create AFTER having created the menu object, will be "in front" of the menu object untill you specify something different by right-clickig as I said above.
