Does anyone have a good understanding of OSC and Logic?

I'm trying to build a transport into a Lemur interface - Play, Record, FF, RW, Stop, Click, etc.... - and am just having a little trouble getting my head around OSC communication with Logic. Help? Maybe someone can point me to a decent working sample to study?

the plugin shows an impressive list of available Logic osc addresses...
I have tried things but I had problems too.
