Setting Incoming OSC Port

My apologies for what I'm sure is a very basic question. For some reason I've been unable to find the answer in the manual or by poking around the software.
How do I set the incoming OSC port? My incoming and outgoing ports are different which I think is standard OSC operation. (Sorry, pretty new to OSC)

[EDIT] i just needed to open TouchOSC and change the settings there. can someone tell me what lemur's incoming OSC port is? i thought it was 8000 but that doesn't seem to be working. thanks
