id of selected tab container

hi

is it possible to know the tab selected on container ?
for ex : if I have a container with 3 tab, is it possible to get a "value" who say : you are on the 1st tab, you are on 2nd... know in which tab you are ? which tab is selected ?
i like to hide and show objects in relation with the selected tab...

i have try with getattribute (getobject(), 'index') and lot of other solution without result. certainly i don't make the good issue.
