how to synchronize cubase fader

I spent one day to synchronize a channel level (db) on audio channel of Cubase and Monitor palette in Lemur but I couldn't make it.
If I put Fader palette on lemur and set it to send control change to cubase, Fader sends CC values to cubase. I want to display cubase's channel level on lemur monitor in the following rules.
Monitor should be the same as cubase level. For example, if CC value is 100, level should be 0.0db. If 0, it should be -inf.db and if 127, it should be 6.02db.
What calculation formula should I use to full fill this?
