Lemur ipad noob help

Hi all
What I want to achieve is what is happening in this video of the Lemur

I am creating a template and so far I understand everything but what I cant understand is how get the orange faders ( far right) to control the rate of oscillation of the other colour faders. I have looked at the manual and tried the Traction.x ( multi ball exercise, it was very subtle)
I am stuck and cant work out what to do next.
